SHIPPING INFORMATION

Orders received and paid before 13h in the afternoon are sent the same day. Orders received after this hour are shipped the following working day.


We send all our instruments inside mainland Spain using a Courier service. You will be sent via email or SMS instruction on how to track your order with a service number assigned to your order.


Packets sent to other EU countries and worldwide are sent using with the Spanish postal service “Correos” with the appropriate insurance (where possible).

Your order is sent within 24 hours from receiving payment. In normal cases you will receive your order at the address given for delivery within 24-48h. When you receive your order it is important to check the packaging for any signs of mistreatment or damage as this has to be communicated at the time to the courier. If the packet has any damage to it you have 48h to communicate this fact to Donostisound who will take the appropriate action. If we receive notification outside this time frame neither the courier or Donostisound can take responsibility for the problem.

 
Important note:

Changing the delivery address once the order has sent will incur a 5 Euro administration charge. This charge has to be paid by transfer or credit card before receiving the order.

SHIPPING ACCESSORIES

All accessories are shipped with the Spanish postal service “Correos” and as such can be subject to longer delivery times. It can take up to 5 working days to receive your order inside the Spanish mainland and longer for delivery to the Canary/Balearic islands and Ceuta and Melilla. We do not charge shipping for accessories.

 

Information about export outside the EU and the Generation of a DUA number

Instruments that need an exportation document (Countries outside the EU, Ceuta, Melilla and the Canary Islands) will be subject to an additional tax which is for the generation of a DUA number. This number is required by customs to process non EU merchandise.  Thie cost of the DUA is 13 Euros for residents of Ceuta, Melilla and the Caray Islands and 17 Euros for  non EU countries.
